This commitment was demonstrated through the <em>Workshop<\/em> #DigitalLifeAtHKI Workshop themed \u201cWorking Smarter with AI Microsoft Copilot\u201d, held on Wednesday (February 25, 2026) by the Center of Excellence in collaboration with the Systems, IT &amp; Digitalization Department.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative forms part of the company\u2019s strategic efforts to enhance productivity and work effectiveness amid rapid technological advancement. In today\u2019s digital era, the ability to leverage <em>Artificial Intelligence<\/em> (AI) has become a key factor in creating more efficient and collaborative work processes.<\/p>\n<p><em>Workshop<\/em> The workshop featured Muhammad Haidar Hammam, <em>Solution Specialist<\/em> Solution Specialist at SoftwareOne, as the external speaker. The session focused on optimizing the use of Microsoft Copilot to support daily tasks more effectively \u2014 from document drafting and data processing to improving team collaboration. The event was attended by 24 offline participants <em>offline<\/em> and conducted in a <em>hybrid<\/em> format to reach a broader audience.<\/p>\n<p>Through this initiative, HKI encourages its people to be ready to adopt AI technology as part of modern ways of working.
