The total length of the main road of this toll road is 57 kilometers. In 2022, HKI completed the construction of the Binjai–Pangkalan Brandan Toll Road’s Binjai–Stabat segment (11.3 km). Then, in 2023, HKI completed the Stabat–Kuala Bingai segment (7.5 km). In early 2024, HKI finalized the Kuala Bingai–Tanjung Pura segment (18 km), and the Tanjung Pura–Pangkalan Brandan segment (19.5 km) was completed at the end of 2024. The Binjai–Pangkalan Brandan Toll Road is now fully connected.
