
Jambi – On Saturday–Sunday (January 24–25), HKI held the Project Executor Training Batch 1 – Earthworks Module in Jambi City. The training was designed to strengthen the technical competencies of project executors in managing earthworks, a fundamental element in the execution of various infrastructure projects.
The training featured Benyamin Saptadi, R. Ir., M.Si, Associate Expert Engineer at the Center for Geotechnics, Tunnels, and Structures, as the main speaker. In a highly interactive session, he shared technical insights, best practices, and competency reinforcement related to earthworks management. Participants were also introduced to the latest techniques and methods to ensure earthworks are carried out accurately, effectively, and in compliance with established quality standards.
The program aims to improve on-site performance through mastery of quality-oriented earthworks and to support optimal project delivery. It also provides deeper understanding of safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly soil management—essential to sustainable infrastructure development.
Through this training, project executors are expected to strengthen technical capabilities, enhance fieldwork quality, and support the delivery of projects that are reliable, safe, and competitive within the infrastructure industry.
