Jambi – On Wednesday to Thursday (January 14–15), HKI successfully organized a Site Operation Manager (SOM) Training on the Structural Work Module in Jambi. This training aimed to strengthen the technical capabilities of Site Operation Managers in managing structural work, a crucial aspect of every infrastructure project undertaken by the company.

The training featured Prof. Ir. Iswandi Imran, M.A.Sc., Ph.D., Chairman of the Indonesian Construction Experts Association, as the main speaker. In this highly interactive session, Prof. Iswandi shared in-depth insights, best practices, and the common challenges faced in structural work, as well as how appropriate technical solutions can ensure project success and better quality. Additionally, the training also provided reinforcement in operational leadership and technical control skills on-site, which are essential for achieving project quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Through this training, participants, consisting of Site Operation Managers and other technical teams, were empowered with the latest skills and knowledge in structural project management. This program is expected to enhance operational quality, accelerate project completion, and reduce potential risks during project execution.

Therefore, this training serves as a crucial foundation for building a strong base for efficient, safe, and internationally compliant project management, supporting HKI’s ongoing competitiveness in the increasingly dynamic construction industry.
