Palembang – On Tuesday–Wednesday (February 10–11), the Center of Excellence conducted the Site Operation Manager (SOM) Training – Risk Learning Module as part of efforts to enhance managerial and operational competencies within project environments. The training was designed to strengthen the capability of Site Operation Managers (SOM) in managing risks associated with project execution.
The session featured Ir. Lazuardi Nurdin, CSP, Chairman of PAKKI, as the main speaker. He shared insights and practical experience on implementing structured and sustainable risk learning approaches to improve risk awareness across all stages of a project.
This program aims to enhance SOM competencies in risk management, improve decision-making accuracy, and ensure effective risk control during project implementation. With a deeper understanding of risk management, SOMs are expected to be better prepared to face on-site challenges, uphold safety standards, and ensure work quality in accordance with established requirements.
Through this training, HKI seeks to develop Site Operation Managers who are more competent and responsive to risk, capable of driving project performance that is reliable, safe, and sustainable.
