Jakarta – On Thursday (November 20), HKI held a Sharing Knowledge session titled “Business Processes & Potential of the Mining Sector in Indonesia” as part of its efforts to strengthen business literacy and broaden the strategic insight of employees regarding key national industries.

The event was attended by HKI’s Board of Directors along with Department Heads. During the session, David Nye, President Director of PT Britmindo, delivered a comprehensive explanation of the mining business workflow, investment opportunities across various commodities, and major challenges faced by the mining industry — including those related to regulation, technology, and sustainability in Indonesia.

Through this activity, HKI aims to expand employees’ understanding of the mining sector, which holds significant potential in supporting national development. The insights gained are expected to strengthen HKI’s readiness in developing competencies and exploring collaboration opportunities within the energy and natural resources sectors.
