Pekanbaru – On Wednesday (25/6) to Thursday (26/6), HKI held a Sharing Session and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the implementation of construction quality for Construction Managers (CMs) and Site Operation Managers (SOMs) of HKI projects. The event took place at the Pekanbaru Ring Road Project site and was attended by Director of Operations III Aditya Novendra Jaya, Quality Expert Ir. I Wayan Mandia, as well as the Heads of the QHSSE and Infra Departments.

The session aimed to raise awareness and understanding regarding the implementation of quality and HSSE management systems on site, to share lessons learned from best practices, and to provide guidance to SOMs and CMs to improve work quality.

It is expected that this initiative will contribute to improving on-site work quality and achieving excellent construction outcomes.
